Loreto Networks

StarsBonds of reciprocity inform the vision and mission of IBVM members and their lay counterparts at every level and in a variety of ways.

In areas from social justice to education, the arts to academia, spirituality to leisure pursuits, Loreto is enlivened by the partnerships formed both formally and informally with lay colleagues and friends as well as with members of other religious congregations.

As an example of the latter, the IBVM in Australia work closely with three other women's orders who share the same heritage and spirituality. These orders are The Faithful Companions of Jesus, The Religious of the Sacred Heart and The Sisters of Charity. We have been particularly active in working with these orders in the areas of education and aged care.
