Highlighting the importance of childhood development –
Establishment of crèches

Champagnat crèche is crèche for children of staff at the Teacher Training College in Bacau. This encourages good early childhood development.

The Loreto Sisters have also recently begun to set up an early childhood development program by establishing a new crèche for local children in Lari-Sula.

Continuing support of these programs in Timor Leste is made possible in partnership with Loreto Toorak Past-Pupils Association and Loreto Mandeville Hall.
