The Loreto Sisters' mission and work is carried forward by a large network of friends and volunteers. There are many ways to get involved. For some, volunteering their time generously on our boards, committees and MWIA projects is their way of contributing and exploring their spirituality. For others, deepening their relationship with God and making an enquiry into the life of a Loreto Sister is a calling their wish to explore.
Whichever way you choose to be involved, the Loreto Sisters welcome you into their circle of friends. Make an enquiry about the life of a Loreto Sister or find other ways to be involved like volunteering on our development and education projects, reacquainting yourself with old school friends, making a donation to support our projects or simply join our mailing list. We would love to hear from you.

As an Australian province, we are "a circle of friends", over 100 women united as one province, yet spread across this land and beyond. Drawn by a sense of God's call in our lives, and attracted by the ground-breaking insights of our founder, Mary Ward, we vow lives of service within the Catholic Church.
Volunteer with Mary Ward International
Volunteering with MWIA provides an opportunity to gain a rich insight into the work of Loreto Sisters in Australia and abroad. The MWIA Volunteer Program is aimed at past-pupils, staff, parents and friends of the wider Loreto network and anyone wishing to become more involved with Loreto works for justice and development in Australia and overseas.

Get in touch with a past pupils association
Loreto Past Students Associations connect the past to the present and plan for their participation in the future with Loreto schools and in their broader communities. Many are making significant links with MWIA. Every two years past pupils and friends gather to celebrate Federation.
Share your skills
Occasionally the province centre seeks expert guidance and input on special projects, events and committees. If you would like to register your skills with us and reconnect with the Loreto network please fill out our "Skills Bank" contact form.
